Baked wheat... I read someone said that wheat is bad if taken like every day... why?
Unless you have Celiac's disease or some milder gluten allergy, I think eating wheat is fine. Some people have the opinion that everyone has a varying degree of gluten allergy. Rice doesn't contain gluten.
Google, Wikipedia combined with a foundation in science, can be a wonderful learning tool.
Common brother Zub is a youngster still trying to learn.
Actually no he's not. And that's the problem. He needs to try learning instead of asking questions that could be answered with 5 minutes on Google instead of starting a new thread every time. But I figured you would come to his rescue since he's the only person that buys into your bullshit...

I have to agree with Bruiser on this (not jumping against Z or ganging up of anysort, just politely agreeing). He isn't really TRYING to learn anything, he's just wanting people to give him the answers instead of going out and trying to learn himself.

He's (as well as alot of the forvm vets around here) just tired of seeing threads that start off like "here's my new split. tell me if you think its good" instead of bros fuckin designing a split based off their weaknesses, trying it for 4-6 weeks, seeing how it effects their body, and going from there. A lot of your questions could be solved by taking the time to do some research. There are plenty of ebooks or amazon books on nutrition, and some will tell you one thing, some will tell you another, you just need to figure out which make sense to you. Just like training, HIT might seem like bullshit to you and highvolume might sound like it makes complete logical sense, or vice-versa. You just need to do some research on your own bud. Gotta be able to try different things out, understand why your trying it, and see how your body reacts. Don't be upset at Bruiser for letting a bunch of these ?s (not just from you, promise. Alot of threads starting like this) just sorta pile up on his brain and speaking his mind. Would you rather he just hide his feelings and be all nice & sweet? He's just keeping it real lol
"Ask yourself this: if everyone else is training once per week, what are you doing that's so different that you would expect to get better results than anybody else? You might have good genetics, be tough enough and disciplined enough to train hard... but so are a lot of people." - BOSS
"I think I must be overtraining"... no, you're just a pussy - Machine

Thank you! For the love of Waldo's striped mother fucking banana hammock! You hit the lazy nail on the whiny fucking head! It goes right back to the Pussifiction of America... but wait! What's this? It's not just happening here? NOPE!
"Give me the answers because I don't know"
"What's the EASIEST way to do this?"
"Do I get a participation ribbon?"
Fuuuuuuuuucccckkkkkkkk!
I'm sick and fucking tired of everyone whining and saying "oh I miss the old FORVM" but apparently miss their balls too because they never step up and say a fucking thing. It starts with threads like this and just spirals down into an annoying flaming pile of shit. If you don't like my POV, fuck off. No more politically correct, PG rated bullshit. Welcome to Bruiser 2.0 mother fuckers. I would rather be banned than bland...

I like the "no-bs" attitude bro, but calling me out in a thread that doesn't even concern me? Common bro
That was rash from Bruiser's side and I felt it...
What he's saying is what Ox said in his road to the Arnold video series, when he talks about people not going with what they think, or trying shit out...
You can either know something, or you can KNOW something.
I quite often use peanut butter as an example for people wanting to do things exactly how I do them, & expect the exact same results. I tell them, if somebody with a nut allergy ate as much peanut butter as I do, they wouldn't get the same results as I do.
In much the same way as bread bloats some people out, other people have zero problems with it. Maybe 1 person has an intolerance to milk, if everybody just asked that person, nobody would drink milk. If they tried it for themselves, they might benefit from the extra calories & protein.
Most people seem to be able to target their rear delts with more focus & intensity by doing lateral raises laying face down on a bench, I'm the opposite, I hit them much harder & more accurately standing & doing bent lateral raises. You only find that shit out either way by trying shit out.
That's all Bruiser is saying. I agree with the comment about the threads springing up about "Is this split any good?" & it turns out they're 2 days into it. Much better to run the split for a while, then give feedback & ask for advices.
Try peanut butter, try it in different amounts, in a sandwich, on toast, by itself, mixed with a banana, see how your body reacts. If you're like me, you'll have no ill-effects & just enjoy it. If you've got a nut allergy, you'll need some help.
Or maybe find the only person in the world who doesn't like the taste (there must be somebody) & take their advices & stay well away.
There's only so many times you can go online & watch somebody else bumping uglies, before you got to go out & do it for real.

Thank you Sprint! This is a great post. Over on my other thread people are calling me an asshole and saying maybe I should try being like Ox and give advice instead of yelling at them. I think people forgot about that video where he says the same shit I did... perhaps a bit more eloquently. Lol.
