So i know they say for mass 6-8 reps 4 sets for other 3 sets 8-12 reps whatever... How many sets are you doing for each muscle though. how many workouts. Most say to build muscle do no less than 20 sets thats what 5-7 different workouts for each muscle group, is that just be over training, is the stereotypical lifter going to gain more from do 20 sets rather than 12-16. I am just confused on this, i know every body is different blah blah blah, but hat are you guys doing, whats working for you.
