I feel like I read somewhere, possibly a thread here, that creatine breaks down pretty when in water. I don't know if that's true or not so maybe someone who knows more about that than I can chime in.
I would personally suggest trying to finish it all in one shot so you can have whole foods later on and get that growth and cals in.

If ya didn't drink some right away does it go bad if ya leave it for a couple hours?

Couple of hours? Wow.
The creatine will start to break down after about 10 mins. The protein may get a little funky if you don't keep it cold. But the other major ingredients (beta alanine, EAAs, etc.) should be fine.
Best thing: just mix it, and slam it down....
