After two back surgeries and lots of laziness I got the ok from the Dr to get back into lifting. Bout damn time. I am back up to 238+ after going last year from 275+ down to stage ready 176 at 6%BF. Time to get back the muscle I lost and lose this fat. Now, I know the more muscle I can pack on the more fat I will lose and faster as well, but wondering what a better diet would be to follow. Since I know I am carb sensitive, once I took out half of carbs for prep I dropped weight big time, but I want to also build muscle. So, Should I be on a high protein high carb diet to gain muscle back with cardio thrown in or a low carb with cardio thrown in to lose the fat off? I guess its really up to me to see what I want the outcome to be and what I want to look like, but anyone else who has been in my shoes please give some idea haha..thanks again guys, looking forward to posting on here again I know its been a long time waiting...Also want to log my weeks of diet and lifting and see how I progress..I have all my pics from when I went from JAN/2011 - 275+lbs down to JUL/2011 176lbs on stage.
