I did some math using a formula and figured out my macros. I'm 5'9, 152 lbs, male, and around 12% bf. I want to add some nice clean mass.
Now, with the math, I came out with:

carbs 372
I tried that for a little bit and had an extremely hard time fitting the carb amount into my diet. I also felt bloated all the time.
What effect would it have on body composition if I switched out some carbs and replaced with some fats?
