3 Preworkout 1/2 cup of yogurt cup of oats
5 Postworkout Torrent
6 chicken breast rice and veggie steamer

its around 230 grams of protein and 400 grams of carbs
i can throw some hard boiled eggs, milk, pbj and a lean shake around if needed or in that break between lunch and dinner
also rotate between chicken steak salmon and canned tuna when i can
