I want to try out the intermittent fasting technique to help drop some body fat. It seems like a more convenient way of eating for me at least as a college student, with only 3 meals a day in a 6 hour window. I will be eating from 2pm to 8pm. I just need help figuring out how to spread out my calories. I currently eat about 170+ grams of protein a day and 170 grams of carbs a day. I weigh 180lbs now, weighed 250lbs last year. But im still at about 20% body fat and getting tired of cutting lol. I train 3-4 times a week with weights. I don't do much cardio besides basketball once or twice a week.

2 PM or around lunch/noon: Pre-workout meal. Approximately 20-25% of daily total calorie intake.
4 PM: (This is when I train)
5 PM: Post-workout meal (largest meal).
8 PM: Last meal before the fast.
