Can u take flex and pak the same day. Don't they both have vitamins in them? Will I be taking too much vitamins then?

You can take both Animal Flex and Animal Pak the same day. They're not the same thing.

As J said, Pak is the vits and Flex is about the joints. Both can be taken, daily. In this way both are "foundational"... Me, I use both. They are staples...
