Big congrats, man. Breaking the plateau was one thing, but proving to yourself you have the mental toughness to fight through that and keep on might actually be a bigger win for you. This is huge. Remember what you had to do to get here, to fight through workouts but hitting a wall. Soak it in with the PR, and smash through another barrier.

Hit 275 for a double, 300 for a pr on the bench sunday, missed 300 on my third attempt in my meet last month, felt good to get it! Started the cube after that meet, on my 4th weeks now, already stronger, 270 was my 2nd attempt at my meet, so hitting 275 for a double really showed me how much ive improved.

You're a beast and a huge inspiration for me, Dan. I might get a lil criticism for this one but I hit a 365# bench with my sling shot, never felt that much weight over my chest. Also, Wednesday I hit 315 with it for 5 reps. Still both are PRs for me.
315 front squat for a double, 275 for 5. Both PR's.

2 squats PRs today 585x2 and 620x1 pretty easy. Since my trip to CAPO and my performance iv had a fire lit to prove I had more in me. I won't stop pushing, kicking, crawling to the top.
