This is Training 101, or where I’ve seen something in the gym I can’t unsee, didn’t stop the person because I don’t want to come across as the gym know it all, and have to get it off my chest. Whew!
Disclaimer: I don’t know everything and I’m assuming that people are just doing shit wrong without knowing what their goals are or injury history is.
If you’re new to training, we all pretty much have smart phones in our pockets. Use it for something besides Instagram or Snap Chat. Take a minute to research what you are doing. You have access to professional level athletes in your pocket who can explain how to perform a lift or exercise. Google is your friend.
There are about a dozen regular people who post here still. Some threads get 100+ views a day so I know there are real people lurking out there. Please feel free to log in and ask questions here. We all want to help you.
