Hit another leg press PR this week, I managed to max the leg press out and hit 1,530 for four reps... Then of course my training partner told me to hop on top of the weight, adding another 230 lbs and he banged out 1,760 for thirty fucking reps lmao

Haven't done it recently, but updating my personal PRs:
405x2 for bench,
525 for 3 on squats
515 for 1 on deads.
Been doing mountain dog training so havent really been playing with super heavy weights, but that was before I started. I have jacked my incline bench up from 225 for reps to 275 for reps though.

Sometimes this is worth alot more than any numbers. Good shit.
Thanks, Firefist. I had some big plans this year on qualifying for the XPC Semis, then placing there to go to the Arnold in 2014, but this injury has sidelined all of that. I was fortunate enough to work with the Bruins/Red Sox physical therapist and just met with him yesterday for follow-up. Said the pec is doing perfect in terms of healing properly, and I just need to keep pounding away at rotator cuff work.
Maybe 2013 was supposed to be a year of rebuilding so I can absolutely SFW in 2014? That's how I'm approaching this while I do my best to get my group of guys strong as shit for their upcoming competitions.
75lb single arm db rows. It isn't a huge number, but I was psyched to hit it for 10 per side on the first try. I ended up with 26 total. It was a 20lb jump in one month.
