75lb single arm db rows. It isn't a huge number, but I was psyched to hit it for 10 per side on the first try. I ended up with 26 total. It was a 20lb jump in one month.

I hit a new PR today with 465+resistance bands X 5 on rack deadlifts. It doesn't seem like very much compared to a lot of you guys on here, but I'm determined to keep it going up.

Took some Rage mixed with some Craze and got a new Deadlift PR. It's not much, but I lifted 203 pounds. Could have lifted more, but I didn't have my straps/or chalk. Next back day, I'm going for 230. Yeah, I know. It's not much to you guys, probably your warmup, but it's a huge accomplishment to me.

As stated above! I asked Brandon Lilly for advice about a meet and was a little embarrassed to report my total of 1009lb to one of world's top powerlifters!
His response? NEVER be embarrassed by something you have accomplished.
My journey to a 1000 total from a beginner....achieved!
Started going heavy again last week after spending a few weeks going light + high reps to help recuperate some pain I was having with my rotator cuffs. Dominated a back work out and hit 200lb one arm dumbbell rows for four reps in both hands, which is the most I've ever done. Feeling better than ever!

Hit 515lbs on the deadlift at the end of my back workout last Friday. This was a big deal for me since I abolished the use of straps on deads. It was good to know I had that strength without them.

On vacation, carbed up(of course), Bodyweight hit 225 this morning. Legal paused bench of 345. I've been trying to hit this number for months now. PR on the deadlift as well, 605 no belt, no chalk, no straps.
Congrats man, nice. I just recently broke the 365 plateu on flat last week. I've been trying for about a year, so I definitely know the feeling. Keep the momentum going...
