Completed my 1st powerlifting meet 7 Dec 13. Went 8/9 on my attempts..Set two PR's 515 squat and 660 deadlift. Already hungry to go well above that for my next meet, 22 Dec 13

Great job! My first meet is this Saturday. I can't wait, the only lift I might PR will be my squats but, that'd be gym current PRs.
This weekend will set my meet PRs and I hope after a couple cycles of the Cube Method, I'll blow them away.
When is your next meet? Congrats and keep it up!

Nice! I'm a fan of any squatting. Keep it up. In these two weeks, what are your likes and dis-likes of it thus far?

So far honestly loving cube kingpin. Getting the majority work in through the comp lifts and variations of it is great. Only dislike is the rep day is a bitch lol. It's good and feel accomplished after but it's hard work. Love/Hate relationship with rep squat and I'm sure rep pull day. You hate looking it in the face but after u defeat it you feel good about it lol.

Wow, missed this. Well, keep it up. I'll be using the Kingpin on the next cycle. (March 1st I have a meet and it will be my 10th week for this cycle.)
I heard the volume is insane. I think that's what I am missing (as in I want to do it). Even on the Cube, I'm more sore on Rep than Heavy. haha I'm getting a training session with Brandon after this cycle and he will have me on Kingpin so, I need to get ready for my ass to be handed to me. haha

Shit... after reading some of the PRs in this thread my PR today makes me feel small. Haha. But regardless I hit a weight/rep PR on seated dumbbell shoulder press today with 90x5 previously 85x2 this just means after years of shoulder problems (dislocated both shoulders several times throughout my time in MMA) my shoulders are finally healed.

YESSSSSSSSSSSSSS!!!!!!
Awesome man. Love seeing your progress. Looking forward to more.
How do you expect to run with the wolves at night if you spend all day stuntin with the puppies?
I set a goal at the beginning of the year that I'd put at least 100 lbs on my total.
December 30, 2012 I hit a 300 lb squat putting my total at 1,000 (295 bench, 300 squat, 405 DL). I never thought I'd ever see that and was told it'd be impossible because of my back injury.
December 30, 2013 I hit a 385 lb squat (20 lb PR) putting my total at 1,200 lbs (310 bench, 385 squat, 505 DL). Yup. 200 lbs in one year and I'm just getting warmed up...
