Meet Lifts: Squats 534lbs - Bench 143lbs - Deadlift 341lbs - 1019lbs total.
First of all, please excuse the girly scream after my squat. Excitement got the better of me as I improved my previous 1RM by 20kg/44lbs, which I set just 6 weeks ago.
I'll work on my post-PR celebration with a qualified coach.
I've only started pausing my bench since 3 weeks or so and had never really tested my 1RM for paused bench press, so that counts as a PR as well right?
The deadlift was the same weight I hit a week ago, so no PR there. Still pleased with hitting it again, this time it felt like less of a struggle. Grip was struggling on right hand though, something I had never experienced before. Will work on that.

Hit 310x3 for deadlifts yesterday. It's a PR for me so far but with how far that numbers come in the last month, I know I have more in the tank. Just gotta find a real gym around me so I can let myself totally go instead of worrying about making any noise. Shit drives me nuts
i have a competition this weekend, so my weights were medium and rep range was 3+ on my last working set.
final set was 250 for 3+ reps, this was my max two months ago, so i approached it with the attitude that i was gonna break the fucking bar! got under it and busted out 5 faster than i have ever before. super stoked to see what im gonna push at the meet this weekend!
