Me and this girl I workout with from time to time were at the gym the other day and she offered to show me a few yoga series. And son... I did 10 of two series called sun solutions and various others stretches. my soreness was virtually gone, like I could tell my muscles had been worked, but there wasn't much more than a hint of ache. We did this though, in a 98 degree room for an hour so I was sweating like crazy because of the test booster I use, but this was CRAZY, so I feel like it burned a quality amount of calories. Woke up this morning and felt way the hell better when I just do my own stretches. I'm definitely going to try it again.
