Incline DB press 95 4x10, 100x5 (shoulders were killing me)
Incline BB press pauses 205 4x8-5
Incline plate press 3 sets to failure
Cable flyes seated machine- 3x12
Abs- hanging leg raise x15 ss bench crunches x failure
Today was my birthday so I had a guinness and some wings. Yeah I love my oats and chicken and I eat that shit at least 2 times a day, but some times you gotta live a little.
Hope everyone killed it in the gym yesterday.
