Wasn't 100% recovered tonight and I def felt it but still set an ok pr. Gonna ditch the overheads and light tricep work on saturdays and just wreck my biceps and rear delts on that day. Won't be remotely happy til I'm hitting 315 for 10 on incline...sick of being weak. Strip steak and oatmeal for dinner like a true meathead aww yea

Ok so yeah I feel like complete dogshittt...this is my 9th week back and I need to take some time off. The plan is to do some light deads/back work on fri normal leg workout next monday then take the rest of all next week off I need it bad. No energy, headaches and just feeling like plain suck.

Ok so I joined a globo gym by my house cuz I could never get a spotter at my other gym and it's cheap...but the new incline bench SUCKS and I can't tighten my glutes or upper back much n no leg drive it's just to damn low so I'll have to reduce the wt used but no big deal I guess this is why I counted the 225x10 a pr for this bench as a baseline..Will hit the same weights I did today and try to hit 225x12 and 235x7 or so smooth when I incline again in two weeks.

Nah man doesn't work that great for me...I need 2-3 top sets instead of one plus I hate percentages
