I need any advice possible from all bros. I'm competing on a powerlifting meet this July 16 @ NRG Center Houston Tx, however can come plzz do so I'd love to meet any of you in person. Ok so I need help finding out which suit size I should get I'm getting a Super Ceturion and I weigh 132 lbs my height is 5'7 adn the competition size is 32 but im wondering if I could fit in a 30. I also need help finding a strong Pre-Workout that is acceptable by USAPL and WADA, i also need hellp with any diet or supplement yall have experience with or found that help cut a bit of weight.
