Yeah that's a great question. The answer is that low bar is the best way to handle the heaviest weights, but I build strength in my legs better by doing the high bar squats and front squats. It carries over very easily... which is why your low bar is shooting up nicely. So I always train the high bar squats during my low bar workouts. And I prefer to have phases where I really focus on front squatting on a separate day since that allows me to build my quads better than low bar does and high bar.
In the end I only need to hit a few heavy sets of low bar to feel the weight and groove the motion, but handle more volume with the other two to really do a lot of squatting
