Alright, here we go, post one on here. Training with Josh Bryant, excellent coach so not really able to post entire workouts as that's his bread and butter...but will hit some highlights and some videos from time to time.
Was doing deads a few weeks ago, took about 3 months off because I had one bench show after another it seemed, but was back at it and either popped my rib or cartilage or something, so legs and back are on hold for at least another week. However, I am able to hit chest hard and speed chest, shoulder and tricep day.
I've never really done bands a lot, especially reverse bands but I was able to get 815 for a few singles which felt approximately like an awkward 725ish...? So definitely getting stronger on there, just need the legs and back to the same and I'm golden. However, not slowing down, going harder. I'm having a baby in March so May...June sometime, I want 730. No if's, and's, or but's...
