rest of week went well, up to 585 on squats, speed singles before that on deads with 500, heavy bentover rows, triples on military presses with 365, closegrip sets of 8 with 465...feeling good aside from knot in lower back that feels like a strain if I don't mess with it for a while or sit down...ibuprofin all day...think I'm due for chest again tomorrow so we'll see...feeling great otherwise.
