I train usually 3 times a day. Morning cardio required by my job, afternoon is lifting, and in the evenings is Crossfit. Now, my CrossFit gym isn't a typical one. we do a lot of powerlifting movements and Oly lift movements. We have a strength program that concentrates on powerlifts.
So, I am taking the following Paks: Pak, Flex, Stak, Pump, and Cuts
I wake up and take Cuts with water. With breakfast, after the morning routine, I take my Pak and Flex. Before the afternoon routine I take Rage and Stak. Then before CrossFit I'll take Pump.
Is this an optimal cycle plan, should I remove a pak, or change up the plan?
