Brothers,
I need some advice from long time Animal supplement users on what would be the best supplements for me to take to achieve my fitness goals. After a long time out of the gym I am just starting back out. I am 29 years old, 6'4", 260 lbs with 26% body fat.... This isn't easy for me to put out there, damn shame that I've let myself get like this. But I'm ready to admit that I failed myself and won't let it happen again.
I am entering a transformation contest and need advice on what supplements would help get me from my stats listed above to adding as much muscle as I can while losing the most body fat. I have twelve weeks to do this. I've got my diet and training squared away, just need a little help on what Animal products will aid me in my journey.
