Delt Day: Caught myself with nothing to do today and I have work for the next few days so I threw in delts so I can take the next few off.
Seated barbell OH press: 135 x 5 for 3 sets, 155 x 5 for 5 sets
Snatch Press(taken from Brent Willis, wanted to try them out): Bar x 15, 95lbs x 5 -- Didn't really enjoy how this felt on my wrist so I stopped the set and dropped the exercise for now.
Upright Rows: bar x 15, 95 x 10, 115 x 10, 145(2 25 plates) x 6 dropped one 25 plate and burned out
Hammer Strength Shoulder Press: 1 plate x 20, 1 plate + 25 x 15, 2 plates x 10 x 10 x 8 + 10 partials
DB Side laterals: 35 lbs x 15 for 3 sets
Machine lean over laterals: 12.5lbs x 12 contracting hard for 2 sets
Rear delt swings SS Spidercrawls(from John Meadows): 30lbs SS with two Resist-A-Bands
DB shrugs: 110lbs for 3 sets
I lost my pump some where through, it's really hard to keep a pump on delt day for some reason. I only feel it when I press so that's why there's so much pressing in my workouts.
