      FRANK MCGRATH "The Arms of Wrath"



      IFBB Pro and Animal Athlete Frank “Wrath” McGrath is a fixture of The Cage. Originally hailing from the remote and rugged island of Newfoundland, Canada, Wrath has come a long way—from gracing the pages of countless magazines in The Journey to surviving a near-fatal car accident only to come back and qualify for the Olympia. Sporting a pair of the best arms in the history of the bodybuilding, in The Cage, Wrath will give insight into what it takes to forge massive biceps and triceps and legendary forearms. As humble as he is huge, when asked about his seminar, he replied,

      “I’m not sure why anyone would want to know about building skinny arms like these, eh?”

      This will be a no bull shit, straight to the point honest talk with you guys. What I have done over the years with my arm training. What has worked for me. Over coming injuries, no fears, and never giving up approach to my arm training. No tricks just crazy arm busting pumps, veins that make people sick!!! Workouts
