I'm brand new to stacking! I've been taking my Animal Pak for about a year as my daily multi, but just recently got serious about hitting the weights. I was considering the following Stak (3 days a week):
Animal Pak (Breakfast)
Pump (Pre-Workout)
Animal PM (Bedtime/Restoring)
I hit the gym about 3 days a week, and I'm a smaller guy so I'm not a real heavy lifter (I'd like to get there eventually, though). I'm 30, 5'11, 165 pounds but at 25% body fat and I would like to get that down to around 8 or 9% while adding some poundage of pure, unadulterated muscle!! So, I'm doing the right thing in my diet: low calorie, high protein, good fats, good healthy carbs, and lots and lots of agua!! But I would like to see more of the fat and water weight shed off, I was considering the following Stak for my off days:
Animal Pak (Breakfast)
Cuts +Universal Nutrition Creatine (Mid-Day/off-day)
Animal PM (Bedtime)
But I understand from reading the other forvms and the info available on the site, that Cuts is meant for cycling on a 3 week period. My question is, could I use this Stak prescription regularly each day/week until I achieve my desired BMI or should I cycle it on and off?
Any thoughts??
