Yo, guys this is my first time takeing M-Stak. Its been a week iv taken it my question is iv read on reviews that guys take it early in the day so it can work with everything you eat thru out the day. What do you guys think of this?? I workout at 4:00-6:00pm so if i was to take it pre workout I would only have 3 meals after taking it and one beeing my post workout and if i was to take it between meal2 and meal3 id be eating 6 meals after taking it. Any feed back will be appreciated.
Also im starting Pump on Wednesday and do i need Creatine in my post workout shake??
