hey guys i apologize if i missed anything previously posted that may be similar to this but i need some m-stak guidance. for a few days i ran mstak and shock therapy pre...mstak, 15mins, then ST then train a half hour later. idk but i didnt seem to get as much of the ususal kick from ST when i took mstak just before. is it just me or is that something that can happen? and is it really ideally benficial to use mstak pre workout or can i take it between meals 1 and 2 early in the day? thanks
