Band Pull Aparts 50 reps
Upper Body work.
Incline 150 reps with 135
DB Bench 4-15 reps
Dips 4-15
Pull Aparts again
Cable flys with a drop set on last set.
A/C joint has been giving problems at times and trying to work some blood in the area.
