Waiting for my stak to get here, but it is time to get this started. Right now my body weight is 205 and I do a mixture of work for reps and max training. My max lifts within the last 2 weeks are as follows
Bench 205 for 2 reps I have maxed out at 225 a few weeks ago
Squat I did 185 for 3 sets of 5. I have not maxed those out for a few months, but when I did I maxed at 325.
Dead lift I just maxed it out at 445
Over head mill press I have gotten 125 for 5.
I will get everything going when I get the stak which I hopes gets here tomorrow!
