I've bought all the below already. I want to take your thoughts on my supplements plan below for building lean muscle.
9 AM meal:
Animal Pak (or Opti men)
CLA
Milk Thistle
Beef Amino Acid
12 PM meal:
Animal Flex Pack
4 PM meal:
Animal Stak
Animal M Stak
Beef Amino Acid
6 PM One hour before workout:
Kre Alkalyn (buffered creatine)
7 PM: during workout
Workout (BCAA, Xtend or Purple Wraath)
Immediately after workout: ISO 100 whey protein
9 PM
Dinner (tuna)
Casein
Glutamine
Fish Oil
Beef Amino Acid
Before Bed:
Animal PM 30 or 45 minutes after the last calcium intake before bed
OR ON ZMA if I'm tired of pills
Meal options:
Meal 1: half shredded roaster breast, chilli pepper, skimmed greek yogurt, egg whites (no oil)
Meal 2: Tuna with Salsa
Meal 3: Turkey breast with Avodaco and Tomato
