My current supplements are:
Dr.Jekyll/Mr.Hyde(1 scoop, ½ scoop) Pre-workout
COR BCAA – Intra-workout (I work out fasted, first thing in the morning. Plus, it gives my water a little flavor)
Genomyx Advanced Protocol Post Workout.
I do use Whey Protein, but I count this as food rather than a supplement.
I would of course, be removing the red pill from the pack due to the already high caffeine content of my pre-workout. I am currently at 25-30% bodyfat (I am terrible at using calipers) – my current focus is getting down to 12-15% within the next year to year and a half. I lift with about as much intensity as I can muster, have my diet in check, and do interval cardio for 30-45 minutes daily. Would Animal Cuts be right for me? I am not looking for a shortcut by no means. I just want to make sure that if I am giving it everything I have – that I am not leaving any results on the table.
