Firstly a salutory ROOOOAAAARRRRR to my fellow animals.
I currently take Universal Storm both pre- and post-workout . I intend to also start taking Animal Nitro pre- and post-workout. My questions arise from the requirement that both these products should be taken on an empty stomach.
Pre-workout is not a problem - as I will not be taking both Storm and Nitro together. I consume Storm 30 minutes before the workout and Nitro (with grape juice) right before the workout. Post-workout is the problem, because I consume Storm right after the workout. Now, can I take Nitro (with grape juice) and Storm together - or do I need to separate these products by a certain amount of time? If I can't take them together, which one do I take first after the workout? And if I can take them together, do I still need the grape juice?
Your replies will be sincerely appreciated. My thanks if anyone from Animal could also shine some light on this. It's a sometimes-heard query on the interwebs, and I have not yet seen an answer.
