Clean and jerk - working on breaking at the hip and knee together. Really taxes your core and upper back to keep upright but gets so much more power.

I have cleaned 90k and more before. I have jerked 90k and more before. I have only put it together once before and that was ugly. This one was SMOOTH!
95k clean - missed
85k clean and jerk - 3 more singles.
And done. Have family up this weekend then am away at the start of next week so will be mostly doing pushups and banded bodyweight squats in hotel rooms!

Banded tempo squats (3 seconds down, explode up)
Fives Blue / Green / Blue + Green
Tens - Blue / Green / Red all together. Was going to add weight but just powered through six sets quickly.
Close grip pushuips - elbows were not happy after four days straight lifting over the weekend.
BW - 10
BW + blue - 10
BW + green - 10 (three sets)
BW * 10 / pushups * 10 - six rounds back to back

So we're moved in. And this essentially my dream. I can lift late at night or very early in the morning and nobody knows. If everyone is asleep, I can lift (within reason!)

Quick evening session
No hook snatch complex - power position / high hang / low hang / full snatch - all paused at that position.
30k / 30k / 40k / 40k / 50k / 55k
60k / 60k / 60k / 60k / 60k - this got a bit much for the forearms so a few ended up missing one of the hang positions and then using hook and straps on the last two.
Hang clean
60k for a triple
60k for 5
70k for 5
70k for 5
And done.

50k for three sets - just to keep things moving.
So that's 20 working sets with clean and jerks including a PR including 3 reps over 95%, 13 reps over 90% and 16 over 85%. I think my clean and strict press volume is paying off with overhead confidence as well as stability.... 100k will be mine soon.

Snatch from floor / snatch push press (meant to be a snatch balance but I can't really overhead squat to do that!) x 2

65k - waves of snatch / snatch + push press / snatch + 2 push presses. 5 or 6 waves I think. All pretty rapid fire - upper back and triceps are smoked!
Might get chance to clean tonight but we'll see.

So I did do some lifting on Thursday and Saturday but I can't for the life of me remember what it was!
One session was definitely a max high hang snatch where I hit 70k smoothly and just missed 72.5k followed by 80k 2C + J for 12 or so sets for volume before cleaning 85k and 90k
Anyway....

Again, I haven't been really keeping my training logged....sad face.
A snatch session happened somewhere (high hang, above knee, below knee, floor) for several sets with 50 - 60k one evening.
Sunday - went 'big' today.
Snatch - singles
30k / 40k / 50k warmup with some snatches and snatch 'balances' (although I don't really get low enough to consider if a proper balance!)
55k
60k
65k
67.5k
70k - got 10 reps in total with one miss. Added straps at the end.
65k - another 5, 67.5k - another 3, 70k for 2 and out.
Twenty reps total.
Clean / hang clean / jerk
50k / 60k / 70k / 80k
No jerk
85k / 90k - PR
95k - just the clean
So that's a PR on snatch volume and a PR on clean/hang clean.
