I have a hectic schedule but will endeavour to get some training in as and when. Lifting is just for enjoyment now and if that means doing heavy weights really quickly because that is all I have time for, then so be it.
Don't hang up your spurs just yet! It's never easy with a job and kiddos but can be done.
Power clean / thruster / hang clean / thruster
30k / 40k / 50k / 60k / 70k / 75k
Monday - after my nights..... Time was limited but I wanted to challenge myself. So I went for
1.5x bodyweight deadlift / bodyweight bench / 0.75x bodyweight clean (10 / 8 / 6 / 4 / 2) - similar to the CrossFit workout Linda but without the odd numbers. I'm not quite there yet :-)
150k / 100k / 70k - all done in 29 minutes. For note, I only have one barbell so had to switch weights between each lift! 25 minutes was possible...

Wednesday - further Tabata occurred
Friday - went away to Munich for a lovely holiday. Additional Tabatas (pushups vs single leg squats / pushups vs lunges / 100 bodyweight lunges in less than 5 minutes) were performed on a couple of days and then we flew home.
Yesterday
Upper body
5 rounds with 30k dumbbell
6 push press per arm
8 rows per arm
10 curls per arm
In ten minutes. After I got my breath back....
100 lunges with 5k in less than 5 minutes. Every time I do it in less than 5 minutes, I increase the weight. 10k next time.
Lovely.
Have read up on some ideas for fast / timed sessions to push myself in the limited time slots I have available. Really looking forward to pushing myself again!

Quick bench workout (10 vs 10)
90k bench then 90k rows - rest 2 minutes and do as many sets as possible before failing aiming for 10.
7 full sets then only got 8 on the 8th set.
Nice - I'm formulating a plan and some goals before the next little arrival.....well....arrives.
Barbell - going to use this format for a) speed (using less weight and 1 minute rest or less) and b) strength (using this format but upping the weight every time I hit 10 sets!) doing the same for lower body when I get chance to use a barbell starting on Tuesday. Just want to keep pushing myself - and I still want the 200k double overhand deadlift this year so the tonne of grip work on the rows will definitely help that.
Conditioning - when I can't use the barbell (most of the time), I'll be doing a variety of bodyweight / dumbbell sessions and high rep lunges (again, gradually increasing the weight whenever I hit 100 reps in 5 minutes or less).
Simples.

So over the intervening week....
Wednesday
100 lunges in 4 minutes. Quads of fire
Thursday
Tabata with pushups and situps - got the 100 pushups in 2 less sets than before.
Saturday
80k bench for 10 x 10 vs 80k rows 10 x 10 ( 1 minute timed rest)
Sunday
100 lunges with 10k weight in 3 min 50s. Up to 15k and onwards!
Monday - 24 hour shift with 3 hours sleep
Deficit power clean x 3 into front squat x 3 into push press x 3 - one minute rest
30k / 50k / 60k / 70k / 70k / 70k / 70k - got 1 press / 70k - no presses from here on / 70k / 70k
So a lot of power cleans and front squats. Not so many presses.
Wednesday
Decided to try and best my 10x10 bench.
8+2 / 7+3 / 7+3 / 8+2 / 6+4 / 5+4+1 / 3 - At this point I thought I was just being a wuss. Then I checked and saw that last time I used 90k. And today I had loaded 100k. By this point, I'd benched (and rowed) 7300kg in 20 minutes (excluding warmup).
Add Slingshot (still rowing between)
10 / 10
In my stubbornness, I didn't realise my mistake and just thought I was fatigued and should 'push through'. In the end, I've hit a MASSIVE PR.

I've been away at work all weekend so I did 100 bodyweight lunges on two days in 3m15 and 3m24.
Today
Paused back squats - 1 on minute 1, 2 on minute 2, 3 on minute 3 etc until I fail. Then rest a minute and go back down.
1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 6 (couldn't get 7) - rested - 5, 4, 3, 2, 1 with 100k
So 4200kg moved in 12 minutes.
Bench 10s vs Rows 10s
90k - one minute rest between sets
Made 55 reps on bench (4950k) and 60 reps (5400kg) on rows.
And that'll do.

Bench vs rows - 90k x 10 vs 70k STRICT rows x 10 with one minute timed rest
10 / 10 / 10 /10 / 7 + 3 / 5 + 3 - called it there
Not bad. Am feeling seriously good about this training style. I get so much more done on the clock and I can do reps, max out or just super set for 'cardio' at will. If I get chance, I do two movements. If I don't, I do one and I'm toasted in 15 - 20 minutes.
Love it.

Yeah, I don't have grand lifting goals but I love the feeling of having accomplished something - whether that is a max single, or twelve sets in 10 minutes or whatever.... Set a goal, accomplish the goal and move forward.
Thursday
120 pushups in total
Friday
Tried the Bring Sally Up pushup challenge - twice. Got to 1.30 and 1.45 - completed the song but obviously the goal is to get all the way through. I've got some horrible virus which is making me feel pretty rotten etc.
Saturday
Have blisters all over my hands and feet which is not the most comfortable thing in the world...
While bathing my son, did 160 pushups (8 sets of 20 with each set supersetted with 15 - 20 crunches). He thought it was funny and splish-splashed around having a great time as usual!
Then after story-and-bed-time, I hit 100 rows with 60k - 4 different hand position, sets of 10, short rest, strict form.
And done. Tomorrow I will HOPEFULLY squat depending on how my feet feel!

Today - little one went for his morning nap. This is my opportunity to have a bit of daddy time before we go out!
Front squats EMOM doubles
30k / 30k / 60k / 80k / 100k x 16 sets - yes I hit 16 doubles with 100k. This was done in 20 minutes total. You don't realise how much you have done when you are just obeying the stopwatch. You get under the bar and go and keep going until the clock says stop. Then realise you have front-squatted 3,600kg in 20 minutes.
Tabata
Paused ATG squat / push press / row / crunches (60k barbell) - 2 rounds of this to make up 4 minutes of work.
And out.
