Hey everyone, I haven’t posted here in quite sometime. I 41yrs old and I am paralyzed from the waist down T11/L1. Right now I am getting ready for the 365Strong Geared Nationals on May 6-7, and hopefully qualify for the 365Strong Worlds. My training routine is as follows
Mon- Bench(heavy)
Wed- Accessory
Fri- Bench(light)
