Warmed up
110 * 10 / 155 * 8 / 200 * 5 / 242 * 3 / 286 * 3
330 for 8 singles with 5 sec between each (enough time to reset)
Snatch grip deadlifts
242 for 3 sets of 10
Front squats
110 * 5 / 155 * 5 / 180 * 5 / 200 * 2 / 210 * 1 / 225 * 1
And abs.
