Work is turning into a COVID-19 disaster zone more because everyone in the country has at some point in the last 14 days coughed. Therefore everyone who lives with them has to stay at home. The knock on effect is going to be horrendous under-staffing and a dangerous health service. Sad face.

Yes this massive overreaction to a mild virus is pathetic. 20,000+ have died this year so far in the US from H1N1 bird flu aaaaaaaaand 20 maybe 25 from Coronavirus? Yet we are experiencing borderline marshal law government tactics to suppress something very mild? Don't get me started!
Not having enough medical staff on hand never seems like a good idea to me! Hopefully, you'll get the staff you need to perform your medical duties!

67.5k / 70k miss - not so bothered about this as wasn't feeling it and called it there.

Pushups - 12 down to 1, started doing it every 30 secs then hit the last few sets (4, 3, 2, 1 in rapid fire to get it done in about 4 minutes). Rested then did 12, 11, 10, 9 before I couldn't do it in 30 secs.

Doc, super ill coronavirus patients are being treated with Vitamin C drips and ZPack (used to treat mild viral sinus infections). Sounds like a real pandemic....

Snatch volume
60k doubles - 15 sets
29-3-20
Clean triples
Up to a new PR at 92.5k. Then 85k for four sets
31-3-20 - if I can't train as frequently, this will be my model. Classic lift or variation up to a heavy set, then partial, then pull - just keep throwing weight on. Gets a lot of work done in a short time and taxes the whole lift.
Snatch volume
Doubles up to a max - 67.5k (just) and 70k for a single (just)
High pull doubles up to a heavy set - 80 / 90 / 100 / 110
Pull doubles up to a heavy set - 120 / 130 / 140
Lovely.

Getting it done. Sticking with the volume for the moments (doubles / triples / complexes) whilst I've got chance to. When the number of sessions I can do inevitably decreases, I'll go with the
- up to a heavy single - triple
- then partial lift up to a single-triple
- then very partial lift up to a single-triple
Format. E.g. Snatch double - high pull double - deadlift double. Just keep piling weight on until I can't do it. And stop.
