Back squats - 15 minutes
30k x 5
60k x 5
Triples with 70k / 80k / 90k
Doubles with 100k / 110k
Singles with 120k / 130k / 140k / 150k / 155k - this was an RPE 9 so didn't push further.
Back off doubles with 120k / 130k / 140k
Bench press - 20 minutes
Triples with 60k / 70k / 80k / 90k
Doubles with 100k
Singles with 110k / 115k / 122.5k
Back off doubles with 110k / 112.5k
Pullups - still working on the setup for these. Two sets of some. Might need to set the bar higher (in more ways than one).
And done. Showered and on to other things in one hour. Take out the back off sets and we are rocking this shit in half an hour.
