My 'break' day has to involve some legs - I am LOVING thrusters for 3 reasons
1) they are still 'squatting' - EXPLOSIVE squatting
2) they are overhead work - push press.
Two birds with one stone!!
3) they technically count as 'cardio' because I was going through pretty quickly.

5's - Bar / 30k / 40k / 50k / 60k / 70k / 75k
3's - 80k
1's - 82.5k / 85k
Some pullups
Front thrusters
Doubles with 30k / 40k / 50k / 60k / 70k / 75k
And done. Full body pump in 25 minutes. Lovely :-)
