Back after a couple of days. Fitting lifting in is proving difficult to fit around work, writing up research papers, preparing for baby and attending many many antenatal classes but am going to fit it in where I can.
Had a bit of time this evening so went at it pretty hard......

Doubles - 30k / 30k / 40k / 50k / 60k / 70k / 80k / 90k / 100k / 110k
Singles - 115k / 115k / 117.5k / 117.5k / 120k - went a bit funny at the top so didn't take it. However, 117.5k felt GOOD. / 110k / 112.5k - so 6 'top' singles done.
