Congrats on the signing Ant. Long time coming for sure. With all the shows you have put on in the Cage, most feel like you are already a part of the Animal family.

Ha off the back, there is one work and one work only. "Sacrifice!!" Most top tier Athletes on a hour to hour and day to day life make sacrifices that are not the best for personal lives. They dont sit back and say "hey, i don't want to do this or be here." when it comes their personal lives but they do have a vision to where they want be and accomplish. They live what they do. They are not at the top for no reason and it'll always show who is and who isn't.
trying to get my pull up. what do you use as a barbell assistance move to the DL? I try to do two bb movements and have been doing DL's and rack pulls or DL's and heavy bent rows.
And I try for four warm up sets and three working sets of DL for my first exercise on DL day. Don't normally go to failure, just to an intense strain. What are your thoughts on DL's to failure?
And what is your take on speed work, and stopping completely when you're training DL?

Yo Ant, wut do ya think of topics/questions like who the strongest "pound for pound" powerlifter is?
If you are asking who do I think is the strongest lbs for lbs in the game, then I would say me to be honest! Don't get me wrong I do believe that there is always someone out there stronger. That's what keeps me goin.
Now, if you are talkn about the straight up topic lb for lb, then I would say this.
Some people like to not credit the lighter guys when it come to weights for some reason. They say things like we have a shorter distance to travel and have better leverage etc but that sounds like an excuses to me. I can easily say if I was taller I would be able to dunk a basketball but I'm not tall but guess what I'm 5'4 and can dunk. To me no one likes excuses. If you want it get it.

First off warm ups are very vital and i can say Brandon Lilly explain it well and have a pretty good vidoe clip speaking on it. If you get time to, look it up.
Failure on DLs... hmmm, I dont like that word to be honest. I am very stricted on form so i guess i can say i dont get to the point of failure cus form would be compromised. Just to give you an idea, i never Max or get close to my max in training. Form is everything!
