As crazy at it seems since everyone loves the 'glory session' and training chest mine seems to be lagging.
I train by myself - which could be partly to do with it as I don't have a spotter all the time - but will always ask someone to spot my last set of each exercise to make sure I go to failure.
I also find it difficult to really 'feel' my pecs doing the work, I may have a tendency to let my delts and triceps take over a bit.
My chest work out currently is based around pre exhausting the pecs so I don't need to go as heavy on my presses since I don't have a training partner.
Incline dumbbell flyes 2 warm up sets, then one working set.
Incline Press, 2 warm up sets and one working set.
Decline Machine Press 2 warm ups and one working set.
Drop set of crossovers to finish.
Any ideas on what might help?
In a few weeks i will be looking to bulk ( providing I get my bodyfat to where I want it to be in the next 10 weeks) then will look to train with a partner
