      It is that Time Once Again

      13 weeks out. Here I go again. The road to my next show: The Gold's Classic, October 26, 2013. My first two shows went better than I could have ever imagined. I won my class in both shows but failed twice to win the overall. Now I am hungrier than ever and will dedicate everything I have to this show. I can't wait to get up on stage again. I have had a lil over a solid year of training and dieting under my belt without competing. I feel I have had the best "offseason" of my training to date. I have added quality size and strength during that time span. I can't wait to see how it all unfolds on stage. I will be posting my daily thoughts, training, and diet here. Today is day one. So stop by often to see how things are going, and I promise you that I will be busting my ass day in and day out and will not holding anything back.

      Current Diet

      Meal 1: 6 egg whites, 4 ounces of beef, 1 cup of oatmeal
      Meal 2: 4 egg whites, 5 ounces of chicken, 8 ounces of sweet potato
      Meal 3: 12 ounces of beef, 3/4 cup of brown rice, 1 cup of greens
      Meal 4: 12 ounces of fish (flounder), 1 cup of brown rice, 1 cup of greens
      Meal 5: 3 scoops of Universal Ultra Iso Whey
      Meal 6 (postworkout): 12 ounces of chicken, 3/4 cup of white rice

      9:00 AM- Worlds Gym

      20 minutes on the stairmaster

      Abs:
      Machine Crunches: 4 x 20
      Lying Incline In and Outs: 4 x 20
