Ok 10 weeks to go. Normally I train squats on Sundays at Skiba's Gym with Chase "Big Country" Browning but sometimes I have to adjust my schedule and have to train on a Saturday

Didn't feel great, my lower back was real tight, I wanted to work on depth and form (I've recently switched to a closer stance)
Squat machine:
1 x 15 reps
Vertical leg press:
2 x 15 reps
Standing leg curls:
4 x 10 reps

I will be starting a new Cube cycle this week that will lead right into the meet.
