I just got a pair of Iron Rebel Outlaw wraps for Xmas. I think I saw that naturalguy uses em. Anybody else have any opinion on these? I use sleeves unless its a heavy squat day, so I'm just curious.
I received the slingshot knee wraps this week not the lilliebridge ones the regular black pair. Squatted in them this week and i like them more then my titan thp wraps although i feel they are 2 way different wraps a lot of stopping power in the thp and more rebound out of the slingshot wraps. Definitely be looking to get the lilliebridge wraps later down the road.

Strictly personal preference imo. I doubt I'll ever compete in a division without wraps so I have no real need to train without them. I actually now put them on at around 60% of my max. I'd do whatever you feel works best for you. Best of luck to you and keep doing the work!

Ok great what are some wraps that are good to use?????
New Iron Rebel Outlaw and Raptors. They have a lot of rebound out the hole, material if different. Thick and still has a lot of stretch to it.

Without a doubt the Titan Signature Golds are the best wrap I've ever used.
They give me huge pop out of the hole, they're easy to squat down in and they never show any wear. I've had other wraps that look like theyre stretching and splitting seams after just putting them on once

WHen I was thinking about getting into the knee wrap game Dan gave some great insight.
He said the Titan golds were great for that pop out of the bottom(as stated above) and worked better for quad dominant squatters who go down fast. And that wraps like the slingshot wraps were better for stopping power and would be more beneficial for wider stances squatters…
Not sure if thats still his opinion but it made sense to me.
How do you expect to run with the wolves at night if you spend all day stuntin with the puppies?

I can't believe I posted this lol. I did a meet in sleeves back in February and it was awesome. I'm back to competing in wraps for now but I definitely have developed an appreciation for doing a lot of volume work in sleeves.
So I'v been wearing these walmart straps... guess I need to get my strap game right! Smh and I thought I was doing something, I'm about to purchase the titan wraps that Dan recommended. I mean he is the "Boss". Even my wife's wraps are better than mine... I don't even think I should post this... HAM
Elite Fitness makes a Metal Miracle wrap,. They are a combination of hard and soft, where the soft side goes on your knee and the hard on the exterior. They are unbelievable.

I have one pair of sig golds that I can get a decent, but not great amount of revolutions out of (8 revs, 2.5m wrap) and I've only used them a couple times.
I just ordered a new pair of them which I just tried wrapping, and I can get like 6, almost 7 revs out of (also 2.5m).
Is that normal for the new pair to be quite a bit less elastic-y than a "worn in" pair?
