I will tell ya... If anyone would have told me to eat for my blood type, I would have just respond, "yea, okay.." Since I stopped the coconut oil, I dropped 7 pounds that I was "carrying" (with no other changes)... My bp is back to good, which have stopped the headaches... And, I can't be for certain because I have started Acutane for my acne issues, BUT before starting in October the back cleared up tremendously!!!
Reading the description of Type O's it describes me perfectly, except that it says to stay away from eggs... I'm still doing AT LEAST 6 whites a day...lol. I can't swear in it for EVERYONE, but it definitely makes sense for me... ;-)
