Anyone master the Kroc Row wanna weigh in on this?
Just started doing them as an asisstance exercise. But I noticed that I feel it in my lower back at the bottom portion of each eccentric rep, probably due to how loose the form is supposed to be on kroc rows. I know they're a badass movement, but i feel a little uneasy using very heavy weight with the unique "loose" form method that Matt Kroc and Jim Wendler advise.
However, regular dumbell rows have never done much for me, so i'd really like to master the kroc row. Is it normal to feel the weight in my lower back at the bottom of each rep? Or is this just because i'm not used to them and my core needs to catch up?
