Yes it's about reconnecting with the family, but just as some guys are still eating on track,I still have to train on track. I was suppose to hit box squats but there wasn't a box for me to really use, so I squatted, again, and then hit shoulders.

Brother I felt like I was in your way when I came over to squat with you. I recognized that you were on a mission and so was I. My only focus for that day was fixing my horrible squat form. I was so tired of falling forward like I've never done the lift before that I was determined that one way or another, I was going to get somebody who knew what they were doing to watch me. I knew Sam and Ibn were coming to help me but I didn't want to stand around with my hands in my pockets so when I saw you putting in work, I went there to work in. Then as I got closer, I realized why the Philistines didn't work out with Goliath. This dude is WAAAY too tall for me to train in the same area so I just contented myself with watching your set up and how you positioned yourself as you squatted down. I even asked you at one point if your hip was hurting because I wanted to know if what you were doing with your knees was a workaround or if that was how you normally squatted. Seriously, I hope I didn't get in the way, I was looking to learn and I respect your technique and work ethic. However, the next time I shake your hand, I'm standing on a step ladder. lol.

No no you weren't in the way at all brother, like I said, when I train I'm in a zone I'm focused. Especially with the limited time and crowding I had to get it in. I would have been more than willing to work with you had I realized you were needing additional help, so I apologize for failing to recognize. No matter what, no matter where I'm always available to help.

Thought my back had recovered from the Pros vs Bros event, yet it has not.. agitated it pretty badly today. My hip and back were definitely not in sync, on top of that,I came down with a cold last night. I tried to push through my session best I could but I pulled back before I seriously injured myself. Unfortunately, I will prob take the next days off to let these issues recover.

Something is going on with my lower back. I'm unable to do the volume that I use to do, in addition to it feels as if my CNS is off track too, when I pull. I'm considering going to the Dr this week to get it looked at
