Alright guys, been lurking here a long time! However i have left my health behind and let myself get to a bad place of obesity and health issues! I have allowed life's stress beat me but thats in my past! Im getting my s@#t together and back in the gym to find the old me and kill this fat guy that has taken over. Been doing some lifting and have found my strength isnt as bad as i thought it would be. My family needs me and i simply dont want to die! Currently 6'5"and weight is 403 lbs. Im down from 475 and shooting for 250.i weighted that when i got married 16 years ago. Ill post my diet and workouts as i go. Thanks guys! This site is a big motivating factor in my journey!
